The Environmental Protection Agency estimates every American generates 81 pounds of waste a year. The home appliance company, LG Electronics, in partnership with Round Two, traveled from Los Angels to Texas in an effort to give clothing a “Second Life.” Every person that traded in their unwanted apparel received a one of a kind vintage piece curated by Round Two. Once collected, all donations were sanitized at LG wash center where they were cleaned and sorted and later donated to organizations like Big Bothers Big Sisters and others in need of clothing donations.
